1. General Information Protecting your personal data is a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how the "Liftium" app handles your information.

2. Data Collection and Storage (Local Only) Liftium is a "Local First" application. This means:

• All workout data (exercises, sets, weights, durations) is stored exclusively on your device in a local database (Core Data).
• No workout data is transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to your personal progress or profiles.
• Your data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or manually delete/export the data.

3. Permissions The app requests the following permissions:

• Notifications: To inform you when your rest timer has finished.
• Live Activities: To display your current workout progress on the lock screen. These features operate entirely locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Services & Analytics

• Liftium collects anonymous usage statistics to understand which features are used and how the app can be improved.
• Only anonymous product analytics are collected: which features are used and how often (e.g., "a workout was completed"). We never collect workout content, health data, names, email addresses, or advertising identifiers. IP addresses are not stored.
• This data is never linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• The app remains ad-free. No data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Control (Export) You have full control over your data. You can use the export feature to save or share your workout history as a CSV file at any time.
